Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a driven 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Wallington. You will own and develop your own desk, win new business and manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial sectors.

You’ll build relationships with clients and candidates, advertise vacancies, interview and match candidates, and work to KPIs. This is a full-time, permanent role with progression opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment, industrial sector preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage client accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence for client meetings and site visits.
• Ability to meet KPIs and revenue targets.

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships and managing the full recruitment process?

We're looking for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Wallington. This is a great opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to take ownership of a desk, develop new business and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the industrial sector.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle across sectors including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production.

You'll be responsible for developing new business while delivering a reliable, responsive recruitment service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and identify opportunities to grow your desk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Attend client meetings and site visits
• Advertise vacancies and proactively source suitable candidates
• Recruit through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database
• Interview, assess and match candidates to client requirements
• Manage temporary staffing requirements and candidate availability
• Negotiate rates and successfully close placements
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information on the CRM
• Work towards agreed KPIs, revenue and growth targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience within a 360 recruitment role
• Industrial recruitment experience, although experience within another high-volume recruitment sector will be considered
• A proven ability to generate new business and develop client accounts
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A full UK driving licence for client meetings and site visits
