Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop business opportunities through targeted cold calling, attending sales meetings and presentations, organising visits, and networking events.

  • Foster and develop close working relationships with new and existing clients to identify their current and future recruitment needs.
  • Match available roles to candidates’ skills, expertise, and experience accurately.
  • Conduct marketing activities and utilise social media to attract new candidates to register with Reed.
