We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join Academics in our Guildford office. We will happily cross train from any volume temp sector such as Catering, Industrial or Construction etc. We are one of the leading education recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 100 recruitment consultants across over 20 branches in the UK. Our Education Recruitment Consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day, for both short and long term assignments.

Overview

• Position: Education Recruitment Consultant (experienced in recruitment but will cross train to education from other sectors)
• Client Focus: Working with Primary and/or Secondary Schools
• Location: Based in Guildford
• Background: Strong sales or recruitment background

You will have a successful sales or recruitment background and be keen to cross train into the education recruitment sector (although any education recruitment experience would be of interest). Our well-established office in Guildford is one of the most successful Education recruitment offices in the area. Basic salaries are typically in the region of £25-£30k depending on track record and/or experience, with the opportunity to earn significantly above this with commission and bonuses.

Role Requirements
