For the successful Recruitment Consultant, we offer:

• £28,000 to £34,000 per annum DOE (Uncapped Commission).
• Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm).
• Every 2nd Friday off, plus 19 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing after two years, and your birthday off!

The Role - Recruitment Consultant:

• Develop your client portfolio through Business Development and New Business Sales.
• Support clients with a consultative approach.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and networks.
• Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.

What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proven recruitment experience - ESSENTIAL.
• Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Strong PC skills and accurate data recording.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Manufacturing or Industrial divisions.
