The Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from securing new business to recruiting and interviewing candidates weekly.
• You should have strong new business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select, and deliver a first-class recruitment service.
• This role offers an excellent opportunity to bill almost immediately, supported by a large client base that relies on this firm for high-quality candidates.

Experience Requirements

• At least one year of 360 recruitment experience in an agency role, with strong sales experience.
• Proactive and commercially aware, with a proven track record within the recruitment industry.
• Commission structure: 25%
