Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a new opportunity? Futures Recruitment is seeking a dynamic, intuitive individual to join our Chichester team on a maternity cover basis. For the right candidate, we are open to hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant with Futures Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing our innovative strategies while ensuring a seamless , truly consultative recruitment service for our clients. You will be an instrumental part of building relationships with both clients and candidates, driving forward our reputation for excellence. We handle temp, contract and permanent assignments to fulfill all aspects of Client requirements .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Futures Recruitment Services strategy with a focus on growth and innovation.
• Lead and deliver exceptional recruitment services to both new and returning clients.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with clients and job seekers.
• Utilise creative and innovative processes to attract top talent and provide first-class service to candidates on their career journeys.
