With an established team of over 15 consultants across our Peterborough and Cambridge offices, we boast over 70 years of combined experience in recruitment. This role will involve working on our established Trades & Labour desk, part of a highly experienced Construction & Property team with over 70 years of combined experience. The Cambridgeshire market is extremely buoyant with exciting growth forecast for the coming years.

This is a sales-based role, so we are looking for individuals passionate about talking to people, winning new business, and building lifelong partnerships with clients. Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships, build and nurture client connections, and actively pursue new business opportunities. Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
• Candidate Engagement: Find and attract top talent through effective engagement strategies. Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
