The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for winning and filling your own roles across, with a focus on engineering hires in the semiconductor and electronics industry in the USA or Europe.

You’ll need to be strong in sales and business development—confident making cold calls, opening doors, and building lasting client relationships. You’ll manage the full recruitment process end-to-end and have the chance to build your own team around you.

You’ll have the tools, freedom, and support to run your desk like it’s your own business. And if you’re successful, there’s a clear path to Director level and part-ownership in the company.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in 360 recruitment - related to engineering, semiconductors or electronics.
• Strong background in new business development and cold outreach.
• Ideally have experience working in or with semiconductors, electronics, or power sectors.
• Proven experience developing their own desk and developing cold business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from the ground up.
• A self-starter who thrives in a remote, non-micromanaged setup.
• Someone who’s serious about career growth.
