Trainee Headhunter – No Experience Needed | Brighton | £35K–£45K First Year OTE

Whether your background is in Business Development, Lettings, B2B Sales, or another client-facing role, or simply you are a recent Graduate looking to begin your career, our expert training program is designed to turn you into a world-class headhunter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing high-level candidates using a range of platforms
• Writing engaging outreach messages
• Conducting consultative screening calls and pitching roles effectively
• Handling warm outbound calls (no cold calling!)
• Supporting candidates through every stage of the recruitment process — from CV submission to final offer
• Managing admin tasks such as updating candidate trackers and CRM systems

• Uncapped commission— earn £35,000–£40,000 in your first year; £65,000+ by year 3
