Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham Life Sciences team. You’ll identify and engage specialist candidates and own the full 360 cycle from BD to placement.

Reporting to a manager who has billed over £300,000 this year, you’ll learn from a top performer while building your own career, with uncapped commission up to 40% and average placements around £24,000 (£4,800 per deal).

Qualifications

• At least 6 months 360 Recruitment experience required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment or proactive sales.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent numerical ability and target focus.

The Role

• Identify and engage specialist, high-quality candidates for vacancies across a range of Life Sciences markets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level professionals.
• Take ownership of the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to placement.
• Drive growth by developing partnerships with innovative and emerging niche businesses.
