Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham Life Sciences team. You’ll identify and engage specialist candidates and own the full 360 cycle from BD to placement.

Reporting to a manager who has billed over £300,000 this year, you’ll learn from a top performer while building your own career, with uncapped commission up to 40% and average placements around £24,000 (£4,800 per deal).

Qualifications

• At least 6 months 360 Recruitment experience required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment or proactive sales.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent numerical ability and target focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage specialist candidates for Life Sciences roles.
• Build relationships with senior-level professionals.
• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle from BD to placement.
• Develop partnerships with niche Life Sciences businesses.
