Digital Waffle, a Birmingham-based award-winning Tech & Digital Recruitment Agency, is seeking ambitious recruiters to join our thriving team. We offer a 4pm finish and 20% commission on all placements.

Whether you’re already in recruitment or transitioning from sales, you’ll work with cutting-edge tools and enjoy a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 from home), private healthcare, extensive holiday and regular incentives.
