We are expanding our team in the South East and are now recruiting for experienced recruitment consultants to join our Basingstoke office to work in our Professional Services team.

Your New Team:

We are recruiting experienced recruitment consultants to further develop our specialist recruitment business in 360 specialist roles. You will join a team of nearly 20 established consultants who are expert recruiters across various sectors.

Our South East region includes sought-after locations with established hubs in Bournemouth, Brighton, Basingstoke, Guildford, and Farnborough. These areas offer vibrant communities, excellent transport links to London, and are well-established across 22 sectors we specialize in.

Your New Role:

As an experienced consultant, you will bring your expertise to our team, either in your specialist sector or by expanding into a new sector. Your role involves attracting top talent, providing outstanding service, and managing the candidate experience from initial contact to post-start support. Your activities will be split equally between candidate and client engagement, focusing on building relationships, converting candidates into clients, and establishing yourself as a market expert.

What you'll need to succeed:

A strong work ethic, motivation, enthusiasm, and prior recruitment experience are essential. While managerial experience is helpful, it is not required. You should be eager to work hard, achieve targets, and thrive in a corporate environment. Building market knowledge and strong relationships is key. Ambition, strong sales skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are vital for success.
