Job summary

Alliance Workforce is seeking a 360 Consultant to join a three-person team in Crossgates, Leeds. You’ll win new business and source decorators, sharing rewards through a team bonus scheme and building out the desk with your teammates.

You’ll need to be comfortable winning clients and filling bookings nationwide, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and team success. The role offers a £35,000 basic salary and a team bonus scheme, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Drive to proactively improve your own/teams' performance and results.
• At least 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in a fast paced temp environment/sector.
• Customer service/B2B sales experience over the phone/and/or face to face.
• Willingness to adapt to seasonal change for business requirements.
• Genuinely team-orientated — happy to share the workload and the reward.
• Hungry to build a desk and grow with the team around you.
• Strong communicator, confident on both the client and candidate side.

Responsibilities

• Business development: winning new clients and growing existing accounts
• Visiting current and new clients to maximise sales and relationships
• Managing relevant applications as they come in and obtaining relevant references and leads
• Updating the CRM with relevant updated information and notes for clients/candidates
• Selling out available decorators to clients
• Following relevant process for ops/ BD (Finishers, Monday text to confirm back in, inbox ect.
• Candidate side: sourcing, screening, and placing decorators nationwide
• Working collaboratively with your team of three to build out the division together
• Managing bookings and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Contributing to a shared team target, not just an individual one

About the role

We're looking for a 360 Consultant to join a team of three in Crossgates, Leeds. This is a genuinely team-oriented role: you'll work new business and candidate sourcing side by side with your teammates to build out the desk together, and you'll be rewarded for it through a team bonus scheme that pays out more than an individual scheme would on its own.

You'll need to be equally comfortable winning new clients and finding great decorators to fill their bookings. This isn't a role for someone who wants to work in a silo. It's for someone who wants to build something with a team and share in what that team achieves together.
