What Youll Do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, placing, and nurturing client/candidate relationships
• Build and grow a solid client base within your specialist sector
• Develop talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and your own networks
• Achieve KPIs, drive revenue, and deliver quality results consistently
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum 12 years of proven success as a Recruitment Consultant (agency side preferred)
• Sector experience in Nursing, Construction, Warehouse, or Distribution Recruitment
• Confident, target-driven, and resilient with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for people, placements, and performance
