DH Gatwick is a multi-award-winning business supplying temps to Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, and surrounding areas.

We are expanding and seeking a recruitment consultant to join our team and support our growth. While our current focus is on the Driving sector (Van, Car, HGV, etc.), we plan to expand into other divisions within the next six months.

Recruitment experience is not essential; we value the right individual. The qualities we look for include hardworking, driven, fun, and eager to progress. If you have experience in sales or customer service roles, we want to hear from you!

Job Details

• Placing detailed and eye-catching adverts
• Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm
• Calling applicants and booking interviews
• Interviewing candidates
• Must be able to drive and have your own transport
• Onboarding candidates, including referencing and data entry on an internal system
• Booking and allocating drivers to assignments
• Managing candidates and ensuring they have an excellent experience
• Booking and attending meetings with existing and new clients
• Business development within our current client base and new clients, providing excellent customer service
• Based in Crawley, West Sussex
