Administrative Assistant (Non-Casualty) - 6 month FTC

This role provides administrative and file management support across the team. Work will come either directly from the Fee Earner or through the work allocated by the Practice Assistants. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a service-oriented relationship with the team, understanding their needs, and delivering responsive support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Liaise with Practice Assistants to support client and marketing activities, maintain contact and business development information, and understand client protocols.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Manage files, support event organization, handle ordering and bookings, and assist with document processing.
  3. Communication: Coordinate workload, answer calls, and liaise with team members and leaders.
  4. Financial and Processing: Assist with billing, expenses, data accuracy, and document uploads.
  5. Customer Service: Arrange meetings, update stakeholders, and offer assistance proactively.
  6. Skills and Experience: Effective communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and relevant office experience with MS Office proficiency.
