Hill Dickinson LLP is seeking a Recruitment Assistant in Liverpool to support the full recruitment lifecycle across UK offices. You will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and help with onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
You will work with the HR & Development team under the Recruitment Manager, contributing to trainee and apprentice programmes and engaging with direct sourcing and essential recruitment tasks.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will primarily provide end to end recruitment support to key stakeholders within the firm. You will take ownership of vacancies, work collaboratively with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout. You will also work closely with our Early Careers team to deliver, when needed, an effective recruitment process for our trainee and apprentice programmes.
You will be part of a wider HR & Development team that services the firm across areas such as HR operations, employee relations, early careers, learning & development, HR systems, diversity & inclusion, talent & development and reward. Led by Chief People Officer, Carolyn Morgan, the team is currently made up of 30 people, who strive to deliver a seamless service to all Partners and employees.
