Introduction to the role:
Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, you will primarily provide end to end graduate and apprentice recruitment for the firm. You will support activity relating to existing trainees and apprentices and play an active part in recruiting the future pipeline of trainee solicitors and apprentices both law and non-law. You will also provide assistance to our Recruitment team when needed, to support tasks such as shortlisting, advertising and arranging interviews.
Introduction to the team:
You will be part of a wider HR & Development team that services the firm across areas such as HR operations, employee relations, early careers, learning & development, HR systems, diversity & inclusion, talent & development and reward. Led by Chief People Officer, Carolyn Morgan, the team is currently made up of 30 people, who strive to deliver a seamless service to all Partners and employees.
