Are you looking for your next exciting career move? British Transport Police have an excellent opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join the Resourcing Team. As a Resourcing Advisor with BTP, you will provide expert recruitment and resourcing support across specialist business areas, ensuring best practice and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead on a varied portfolio of resourcing activity, developing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilise all available resourcing tools for advertising, direct sourcing, and agency engagement
  • Drive improvements and modernisation within the recruitment function
  • Act as first point of contact for resourcing matters, providing expert advice to stakeholders
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates using multiple channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver recruitment solutions
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and regulatory requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience of establishing productive working relationships with colleagues and candidates (internally and externally) and across all levels of seniority.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience in resourcing or related field
