Job summary

The University of Winchester is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People and Culture team. This part-time role (23.5 hours per week) supports managers across the University in delivering a seamless recruitment experience while helping to attract and appoint talented individuals.

You'll provide expert support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, use data to drive improvements, work with databases and applicant tracking systems, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient,
