Purpose of the role:
Your role as a Recruitment Administrator is to support Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process. This includes posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs to our Compliance Team. You will support candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites. Reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, you will assist with hiring events and inductions, which may involve some travel.
This role is within a supportive, fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, crucial for the smooth operation of our ongoing recruitment efforts.

Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
