has an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Kings Cross, London. This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £27,007.50, rising to £28,953.79 per annum.

About The Recruitment Administrator Role

Are you looking to start or grow your career in Recruitment and HR while making a difference? Join us as a Recruitment Administrator and be a vital part of a passionate team supporting our frontline services.

Your role will be key in ensuring our services are staffed effectively, helping us deliver support to those who need it most. You will be the first point of contact for internal colleagues and external candidates, providing high-quality customer service throughout the recruitment process—from scheduling interviews and supporting hiring managers to onboarding new staff and responding to queries.

Skills and Experience Needed
  • Experience working in a busy office environment within Recruitment/HR, including familiarity with HR and Recruitment systems such as ATS, payroll, HR, and DBS services.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, legal requirements, and HR procedures.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and follow policies, maintain confidentiality, and handle data securely with attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships at all levels.
