Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Administrator to support the full recruitment cycle from vacancy through onboarding, based near Peterborough. The role is fast-paced with an immediate start and a salary of £25,000–£30,000 FTE.

You will coordinate interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure pre-employment checks and records are accurate. The ideal candidate has solid admin skills, can juggle multiple vacancies, and is proficient in HR systems

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills, ideally in recruitment, HR or education sector.
• Able to juggle multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication.
• Experience with HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment from vacancy to onboarding.
• Complete pre-employment checks and maintain recruitment records.
• Support HR processes and use Microsoft Office daily.
