Job summary

Aspire Rec2Rec in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Manager (Life Science / Pharma) to manage and grow existing client relationships on a hybrid basis from Berkhamsted/Hertfordshire. You will act as the main contact for Life Science and Pharma accounts and coordinate with internal teams to fill vacancies.

Salary: £40,000 basic + £60,000+ OTE potential

Our client is a well-established Life Science recruitment business partnering with small to medium-sized pharma companies around the world. With a strong client base and global hiring reach, they work with businesses typically ranging from 500 to 1,000 employees - and some larger enterprise accounts too.

The Role

This is a pure account management role - perfect for an experienced recruiter who enjoys client relationships and wants to move away from the full 360 model.

You'll be responsible for:
