Job summary

Aspire Rec2Rec, a fast-growing Life Science and Pharmaceutical recruitment agency, is seeking a Life Science / Pharma Recruitment Consultant in Berkhamsted. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and an uncapped commission structure.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and develop market insights across Europe and the US, supported by a robust basic salary and generous leave policy.

Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Develop understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with the team to expand market presence in Europe and the US.
