The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a 270 recruitment lifecycle, nurturing client relationships and delivering top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and post engaging job adverts across various job boards
• Source, screen, and shortlist engineering candidates
• Conduct telephone and video interviews with prospective candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the CRM/ATS system
• Manage active pipelines for both contract and permanent roles
• Attend client meetings and site visits to develop a deep understanding of hiring needs
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial brief through to final placement

About You

The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and experience within a recruitment setting—preferably technical or engineering.

Essential skills and experience:

Previous experience in recruitment - preferably within the engineering sector

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Comfortable using CRMs, job boards, and sourcing tools

Full UK driving licence and access to a car (client visits required)

A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for success
