Sanderson in Manchester is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of client accounts, with hybrid working and occasional client travel.

You will lead workforce planning, provide market insights, develop proactive talent pipelines and coach junior members, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders. The role offers an excellent salary and bonus scheme.

Formación

• Experience within Talent Acquisition, MSP, RPO, Recruitment or Talent Partnering environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
• Commercial awareness with a consultative approach.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions and workforce planning activity.
