Compensation: $43,000 – $50,000 annually DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Own the offer and approval workflow from start to finish
  • Manage onboarding documents and internal communications
  • Maintain applicant flow and track referrals, bonuses, and relocation
  • Route resumes and maintain applicant tracking documentation
  • Support job postings, invoice processing, and recruitment reporting
  • Provide general administrative support across the HR department

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • 2+ years in an administrative support role
  • Strong Excel skills and ease navigating multiple software platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
  • Confident communicator who follows through without needing to be asked twice

What Could Set You Apart:

  • HR, recruiting, or onboarding support experience a plus
  • Prior experience with UKG, Deltek, or a similar system preferred
  • Background in a technical, construction, or engineering environment helpful
