- Represent The Etiquette Group at networking events and promote our services to potential clients.

- Analyse regional market trends and adjust staffing strategies to stay competitive.

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of The Etiquette Group.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a staffing or recruitment role, preferably within the hospitality sector.

- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its staffing needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel within the Thames Valley and Solent region as required.

- Highly organised with an eye for detail, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently to drive the success of the Oxford office.

We Offer:

- Opportunities for rapid professional growth and development as the company expands.

- The chance to work for a fast-growing company where your contributions have a direct impact.
