As a Consultant within Capgemini’s award-winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will work on complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations for high-profile clients. Your experience in delivering multi-workstream initiatives, managing business process design, and transformation using SAP SuccessFactors will be essential. About the UK SAP Practice Team

Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner, with over 1000 SAP practitioners across the UK and India. We are ranked #1 for SAP S/4HANA certifications worldwide and focus on transforming businesses with the latest SAP technologies and innovative delivery methods.

Work Environment

Our hybrid working model varies based on role and needs, combining office, client sites, and home working. Please note, full-time remote work is not available.

Pre-employment Checks

Successful candidates will undergo checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history, and criminal record checks (Disclosure and Barring Service). Some roles may require UK nationality.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  2. Configure SuccessFactors and develop integrations.
  3. Advise clients on SAP best practices and stay updated on SuccessFactors roadmap and related HR technologies.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Work flexibly within high-performing teams, supporting both onshore and offshore delivery.
  6. Ensure quality in solution delivery.
  7. Contribute to business development, including RFP responses and client demos.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding modules.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about learning SAP technologies.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities and articulating SAP benefits.
  • Team-oriented with knowledge-sharing attitude.
  • Familiar with HR technologies that improve employee experience.
  • Advisory skills to maximize SAP solutions for clients.
Security Clearance

Applicants must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring UK residency for the past 5 years and other criteria. Some roles may restrict applicants to UK nationals.
