Job summary

The Adecco Group in London is seeking a proactive Recruiter/Sourcer focused on technical markets to join our team. You will concentrate on proactive sourcing, engaging candidates and supporting campaigns, working with Senior Recruiters across a mix of vacancies to build strong pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing in agency, RPO or in-house recruitment environment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting and proactively sourcing candidates within technical markets (IT, digital, software engineering, infrastructure or other specialist technical disciplines).
• Demonstrable experience identifying, approaching and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches or similar sourcing tools.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter / Sourcer with experience recruiting within technical markets to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the sourcing side of recruitment, identifying talent, building candidate relationships and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Unlike a traditional end-to-end recruitment role, you'll focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement and supporting recruitment campaigns. You'll work closely with Senior Recruiters across a variety of technical and non-technical vacancies, helping to identify suitable talent, build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys finding great talent, building relationships and taking ownership of their work. You'll have hands-on recruitment experience within technical markets and be confident proactively identifying and engaging candidates.
