Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the organisation. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers through to completion.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organisation, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, within a collaborative and inclusive culture at Singer Vehicle Design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment records.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Promote the company's employer brand and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about employment legislation and recruitment best practices.

• Experience with behavioural interviewing techniques.
• Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., CIPD) is an advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
