Job summary

Talentful is transforming how high-growth tech teams are built, offering a flexible hybrid/remote model and global opportunities. The role focuses on leading recruitment delivery across multiple functions, partnering with senior stakeholders, and continuously improving processes to scale client outcomes.

You will manage a distributed team, set performance targets, and deliver end-to-end hiring for mid to senior level roles while driving strategic initiatives across Talentful's client programs.

The Role

• Team Management Manage, coach and develop your team, offering operations support and career development whilst creating a tailored team culture.
• Set and monitor targets and track your teams performance through data and reporting in line with client needs
• Motivate and encourage your team to delivery the best service.
• Delivery Own the end to end recruitment process for mid - senior level hires.Your focus will be recruiting great people across Technical disciplinesOwn the success of your team's core delivery.Partner with senior stakeholders across various departments within Talentful and your client to forecast, provide insights and deliver detailed reports.
• Initiatives Provide a consultative approach to improve the sufficiency of the internal business model.Identify and optimise ways to work smarter and define processes in order to make an impact for your client and Talentful.

• Experience leading from the front, proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment, and managing a team with their own ambitious hiring goals.
• Experience as a proven leader with strong team management capabilities, able to drive team delivery and success across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building lasting relationships in short time frames.
• An ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities
• A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy.
• Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model.
