Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard to support health and safety operations and deliver exceptional customer service at the Redcar & Cleveland Leisure and Community Heart. You will join a diverse team dedicated to our brand mission of promoting activity.

The role requires NPLQ, with First Aid and coaching qualifications desirable. Expect day, evening, weekend shifts, and DBS checks prior to starting. Enjoy free membership to 200+ centres nationwide.

Qualifications

• NPLQ is required.
• First Aid at Work and coaching qualifications are desirable but can be provided.
• DBS clearance is required prior to starting.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be supporting health and safety operations, driving customer service excellence and be part of a diverse motivated team

We need a Recreation Assistant who will…

• Effectively communicate with other team members

National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required. (NPLQ training can be provided)First Aid at Work & coaching qualifications are desirable but can be provided. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
