Job summary

Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Worker in Liverpool to provide person-centred support within a mental health recovery framework. The role requires working 17 hours per week across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, with rota and on-call duties.

Training is provided and interviews occur progressively as positions are filled. The role focuses on helping adults with mental health needs to achieve independence, build confidence and access education, work and leisure opportunities within

Job description

Recovery Worker - Liverpool

Location: 8 Derwent Square, Liverpool, Merseyside, L13 6QT
Working Hours: Part-time 17 hours per week, worked over 7 days. This includes day shifts, night shifts and sleep shifts. The role will require working weekends and bank holidays. More information can be discussed at Interview stage regarding hours.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868.31 per annum (pro rata)

Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

Liverpool Supported Housing is a mental health supported housing and community-based service working to a recovery-focused model. We support adults (18+) with mental health needs and dual diagnosis needs, providing 24-hour supported accommodation and personalised recovery support and requires sleep ins.

As a Recovery Worker , you will play a key role in supporting people to maintain independence, build confidence and thrive within their community.
