Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker to join our Oban service on a permanent, part-time basis. You will support adults affected by substance use, managing a caseload and working with NHS and third-sector partners across Argyll and Bute.

Travel across the area and to our base in Oban will be required, with hybrid remote options where appropriate. The role emphasizes evidence-based approaches, compassionate care, and non-judgmental support.

Qualifications

• SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare preferred.
• Driving licence essential and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals and family members.
• Support people affected by substance use and their families.
• Collaborate with local partners to improve access to support.
• Utilise remote methods where appropriate (phone/telehealth).
