An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Recovery Outreach Worker to join their Homelessness Service in Ealing. Right now, we are looking for a Recovery Outreach Worker to play a pivotal role in our Homelessness Service in Ealing.
You will be empowering a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing, maintain their independence, identify their strengths and achieve their goals and aspirations, under the direction of the Service Manager.
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission.
