You’ll be part of an organization that relies on the professionalism, insight, and passion of its staff to inspire individual recovery. Join us at Waythrough’s Windsor Road as a Recovery Worker.
Windsor Road offers 11 beds for people experiencing mental ill health. We are a CQC-registered residential care home providing individual interventions and sessions on topics like social anxiety, finance, self-esteem, diet, sleep hygiene, DBT skills, resilience, and more. We organize activities such as coffee mornings, gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, and social inclusion events. Our residents receive support with daily living skills, shopping, cleaning, and personal care, working closely with other agencies and care teams. Good communication, record-keeping, and documentation skills are essential.
Our goal is to support recovery by providing the right support at the right time, helping residents achieve independence and reach their goals, whether developing life skills or accessing community opportunities. Your role will involve creating person-centered support plans, encouraging independence, and supporting residents’ aspirations.
