A leading charity in Luton is seeking a Recovery Worker to support service users with complex needs. This full-time role involves engaging with individuals to facilitate their recovery journey and providing essential support and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and excellent communication skills. We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
The role will involve working with the High Intensity Team to support service users who present with complex needs.
Luton
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week with occasional evening clinics (you will receive time in lieu)
Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full-time hours, pro-rata for part-time)
Fixed Term contract until 31st March 2026.
