Location: South London
Rate: £22 PH Umbrella LTD (£19.46 PAYE Inclusive)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Opiate Recovery Worker to join our team in South London, as an Opiate Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction, providing them with the guidance, support, and resources necessary to overcome their challenges and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.

About the Role:

As an Opiate Recovery Worker, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered support to individuals in recovery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized recovery plans for clients
  • Providing emotional support, guidance, and education to help clients overcome addiction
  • Facilitating group and individual sessions, workshops, and activities to promote recovery and well-being
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
