Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Night Recovery Worker for the West London Crisis Recovery House in Ealing. The role is a permanent full-time night position from 10pm to 8am, four shifts within a rotating pattern, supporting residents aged 18-65 with mental health needs and ensuring safe, overnight care.

You will manage your own caseload within a structured keywork framework, develop person-centred plans, maintain accurate records, and liaise with community mental health teams.

• Six key skills required for the role: effective communication, compassionate approach, ability to motivate and advocate for service users, capability to work independently and in a team, diligent record-keeping, and strong workload prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Support people using our services to achieve life goals and daily living skills.
• Assist with safe and successful daily running of the service and team targets.
• Oversee a caseload of key clients, develop person-centred plans, and complete activities during key working sessions.
• Signpost people to other services for additional support and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor wellbeing and ensure a safe, respectful environment in line with policies.
