Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a Recovery Worker in Leicester to support individuals on their recovery journey. You will manage a caseload, provide information and psycho-social interventions, and work with clinical staff to coordinate treatment plans.

The role offers a starting salary of £25,870 with progression up to £30,265, dependent on experience. A structured learning journey and career pathways are provided to help you progress within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a range of service users and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work dynamically on different tasks and to adapt to evolving needs.
• Lived experience or interest in supporting people on recovery journeys is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users as a key worker and support goal setting for treatment.
• Maintain regular contact, provide information and psycho-social interventions.
• Perform assessments, risk management planning and coordinate with clinical staff and partner agencies.
• Contribute to service improvements and participate in training and learning journeys.
