Job summary

Turning Point UK is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker based in Leicester with travel across Leicestershire to support service users in court-enforced treatment pathways. You will engage with Offender Managers and partner agencies to promote continuity of care and reduce re-offending risks.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel daily, and a passion for helping individuals engage with treatment within the Criminal Justice System.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
• Interest in Criminal Justice System and willingness to work with offenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users whose treatment is enforced by the courts, including ATRs and DRRs.
• Liaise with Offender Managers and Courts and maintain relationships with partner agencies.
• Attend Leicester Magistrates Court to promote community sentence treatment requirements.
• Travel across Leicestershire to county hubs and co-location with Probation Service; you will use your own car (expenses provided).
