Job summary

Turning Point UK is recruiting for a Recovery Worker to join the Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership. You will manage a caseload, support treatment goals, and work closely with clinical teams to provide psycho-social interventions and risk management.

A clear progression path and structured training are provided. Starting salary £25,870 with progression up to £32,265 per year, with potential for higher depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
• Experience or interest in substance use/mental health support is valued.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key worker for a caseload of service users, helping set goals and plan treatment trajectories.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, provide psycho-social support, assessments and risk management, and coordinate with clinical staff and partner agencies.
