Job summary

Waythrough is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead Buckinghamshire’s substance misuse services. You will provide operational leadership, manage a committed multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, person-centred support in partnership with NHS, local authorities and voluntary organisations.

You’ll combine strategic leadership with frontline delivery, using data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement, safeguarding, and equitable access to recovery services

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within substance misuse, health, social care, mental health, criminal justice or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service operationally to deliver high-quality, safe and person-centred substance misuse support.
• Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team with effective leadership and development.
• Build partnerships with commissioners, NHS services, local authorities and voluntary and community organisations.
• Drive performance and continuous improvement using data and service-user feedback.
• Champion recovery, safeguarding and inclusion across Buckinghamshire.
