Job summary

Turning Point in Rochdale is seeking a Team Manager to lead the delivery of substance use recovery services across a multi-disciplinary team. You will champion long-term recovery, manage partnerships with public, community and voluntary bodies, and support peer-led initiatives and pathway development to mutual aid.

You will also oversee contracted activities, drive staff development, and ensure strong governance and performance across the service while maintaining the person-centred ethos

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership of a multi-disciplinary service.
• Excellent communication with staff, commissioners and people supported.
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work in partnership with agencies to build recovery infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion development and delivery of services that support long-term recovery.
• Provide visible leadership to public, community and voluntary organisations in relation to substance use recovery.
• Identify opportunities to develop peer-led recovery and pathways from Turning Point to mutual aid.
• Oversee sub-contracts related to recovery activities and manage budgets where appropriate.
• Develop partnerships and forums to engage with agencies and organisations to build recovery infrastructure.
