Job summary

Creative Support Ltd seeks an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to manage our Recovery Service in Manchester. You will lead a dedicated team providing person-centred care for 11 individuals with enduring mental health needs and one with a learning disability.

The role requires holistic assessments, care planning, accurate records, and risk management, with collaboration with families and mental health professionals. 37.5 hours per week and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Holistic assessments and care planning skills required.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line-manage the Recovery Service team.
• Ensure service user goals are met and records are accurate.
