Job summary

Change Grow Live in Manchester is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join our North Manchester team, based at Harpurhey. The role focuses on helping people affected by drug or alcohol use to understand options and build a personal recovery plan.

You will complete assessments, coordinate treatment, work with clinical and community partners, and promote harm reduction while maintaining confidential records. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in drug and alcohol services or a related field.
• Strong assessment, communication and case-management skills.
• Organised and confident using IT systems.
• Able to balance independent working with being part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, recovery plans, risk assessments and regular reviews.
• Coordinate personalised treatment, including clinical and psychosocial interventions.
• Work closely with prescribing colleagues, health services and community partners.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and make appropriate referrals.
• Promote harm reduction, naloxone, peer support and mutual aid.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential records.
