Criminal Justice Drug and Alcohol Recovery Navigator

About the role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Criminal Justice Drug and Alcohol Recovery Navigator to join our Calderdale Recovery Steps Team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will:

• Provide prison in-reach to support positive community re-integration, including supporting abstinent individuals and linking with a wide range of community support organisations.
• Work collaboratively with Probation and Integrated Offender Managers to ensure continuity of care.

Additional responsibilities include developing and delivering bespoke interventions, managing caseloads, facilitating treatment progression, reducing substance-related harm, collaborating with partners, applying co-production principles, thinking creatively about treatment options, and encouraging service user involvement.

This is a full-time position working flexibly between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. A driving licence is required.
